UseProBook Partners programme terms

1. Who can join

Anyone aged 18 or over with a UseProBook account. You do not need a website or a business. Joining is always free: we never ask for a payment, kit, training or any other purchase.

2. Commission

The partner receives 30% of every monthly or yearly fee actually charged by UseProBook to a business that created its site through the partner’s link, while the business keeps paying, for up to 24 months per business.

Not included: the activation fee, the free period, taxes, extra domains, refunds and failed payments.

There is only one level. There is no commission for bringing other partners.

3. Attribution

The partner link (with ?ref=CODE) is remembered for 60 days in the browser of whoever opened it. If someone opens links from several partners, the last one counts.

There is no attribution when the business was already a UseProBook client before the click, or when the partner is the site owner (same account or same email).

4. Payment

Commissions become available 30 days after each payment (refund window). We pay on the 10th of each month by bank transfer (SEPA) when the available amount is at least €50. Below that, it rolls over to the next month.

The partner enters the IBAN and account holder name in their dashboard.

5. Refunds and disputes

If a payment is refunded or disputed, the matching commission is cancelled. If it was already paid, it is deducted from the next payment.

6. Forbidden behaviour

Fake accounts, using the partner’s own cards, spam, bidding on the UseProBook name in paid search ads, promising earnings or "easy money", and presenting yourself as a UseProBook employee.

In these cases commissions are cancelled and the partner account is closed.

7. Taxes

The partner is responsible for their own taxes and social contributions. Above €1,000 a year we ask for a tax number and send a yearly summary of amounts paid.

8. Changes and ending

UseProBook may change or end the programme with 30 days’ notice by email. Commissions already earned are always paid. The partner can leave at any time.
