The two can work together: if you already have a secretary, Sophie takes the calls she can't.

How it works

1. A 30-minute chat to set your hours, rules, emergencies and the questions to ask.
2. Sophie is set up, usually within 48 hours. You try her through a link before switching her on.
3. You turn on call forwarding (busy, no answer or after hours) to her +352 number. Your number stays the same.
4. After every call you get an email with the name, number, request and urgency.

In her very first sentence, Sophie says she is an AI assistant and that the call is recorded. She never pretends to be a person, gives no medical, legal or technical advice and takes no payments or bank details. When she isn't sure, she doesn't guess: she takes a message or offers to transfer the call.

Frequently asked questions

Is an AI virtual secretary legal in Luxembourg?

Yes, as long as it's transparent. Sophie says from the start that she is an AI and that the call is recorded, as GDPR and the EU AI Act require.

Can Sophie book appointments?

Yes. Connected to your Google or Outlook calendar, she sees free slots and books during the call. Without a calendar, she notes the request and sends it to you.

Do I need to change my phone number?

No. You keep your number and simply forward calls to Sophie, for example when the line is busy or nobody picks up.

Which languages does Sophie speak?
